An elderly woman who got stuck in her car after flipping it onto its side decided to capture the moment by taking a selfie.

85-year-old Elizabeth Neufeld was driving when her car overturned as she was turning into her Bel Air home in Los Angeles.

Her 87-year-old husband, Benjamin managed to climb out from the passenger seat but his wife decided to stay inside to take pictures of what had happened.

Thankfully the couple, who have been married for 60 years, were not injured in the accident.
