A recent report by the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery shows that our German neighbours are number one for penis enlargement operations.

In total there were 15,414 penis enlargement operations around the world in 2013 but Germany leads by a long shot with 2,786 operations – so many in fact that they have more than the rest of the top 10 added together (second is Venezuela with 473 and Spain third, with 471).

That’s at least eight out of every 100,000 adult males in Germany that has had the operation - at an average cost of €9,600.

No sign of Ireland in the study but earlier this year WhatClinic.com reported a 233% increase in enquiries for hair transplant procedures by Irish males.
